Montreal, Quebec, July 11, 2007 – Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN) today announced the appointment of Louis Mousseau as Vice President, Corporate Development, reporting to the President and CEO.
Louis’s responsibilities will be to identify and negotiate Nstein's strategic partnerships and to act on new opportunities leveraging the Company’s technology.
Louis brings 10 years of experience in leadership roles in Internet operations, e-commerce and information technology. Most recently, he held senior management positions at Mediagrif Interactive Technologies (TSX: MDF), a global operator of e-business networks. Prior to this, Louis was VP Strategy & Corporate Development at Softvoyage, a provider of IT and e-commerce solutions for the travel industry.
In his 4+ years at Bell Canada, Louis held numerous senior management positions focusing on Internet operations. As Director, Marketing and User Experience, for the Bell Interactive division, he led a team of 35+ and was responsible for content management and marketing campaigns for Bell.ca and BellZinc.ca. As part of the founding team of the BellZinc.ca start-up, he was involved in strategy, business development, M&A and product management. Louis also held the position of VP Sales & Marketing of CESART, an e-marketing services firm owned by Bell Canada.
Prior to joining Bell, Louis practiced business law at a leading Canadian law firm, specializing in mergers, acquisitions and securities. Louis holds an MBA from the HEC Montréal business school and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Montréal. He has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1994. He has also been actively involved as a volunteer with the Kidney Foundation of Canada since 2002.
