A new Vice-President and CFO for Nstein technologies

Québec City (Canada) - Nstein Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Yves H. Boucher as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Boucher is a veteran administrator, well known internationally, with some 15 years of experience in finance, administration, business development and marketing and operations.

Prior to joining Nstein Technologies he held the position of Executive Vice-President and Vice President (finance) of BABN Technologies Inc., a world leader in the gaming and lottery industry, where he was responsible for developing international markets.

Boucher was also a driving force behind a number of international acquisitions, joint ventures and trade agreements. He was a key factor in the company's increased sales in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

From 1990 to 1995 he acted as Vice-President (finance) of a major organisation specializing in distribution operations in Canada. Earlier he held a variety of positions with Arthur Anderson.

A qualified M.B.A., C.A. and C.M.A., he is involved in a number of professional associations.

He joins a dynamic team chaired by David E. Allnutt, former Executive Vice-President of a billion-dollar NASDAQ-listed American information technologies firm.

Specializing in artificial intelligence language applications development, Nstein Technologies will become a public company following Explorations Boréale's General Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held tomorrow (June 13th).

Nstein Technologies is the result of a partnership between GESPRO Technologies and NET CRÉATION. Mario Girard and Louis Massicotte manage the companies located in Quebec City.
