Montreal, March 31, 2003 - Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V:EIN), the leading provider of software applications for managing unstructured data, announced today the sale of its full Nserver™ software suite which includes its newly-launched information retrieval and software support tools. The agreement is valued at over CDN $500,000, consisting of the software as well as professional services and maintenance and support plan. In addition, the Agreement provides the Customer the ability to procure additional products and services valued at over CDN $125,000. The U.S. - based Customer has asked to remain confidential at this time.
Nstein’s software will play an integral role in the Customer’s highly innovative subscription-based information service scheduled for commercial launch early this summer - specifically in regards to its search, navigation and document retrieval components.
