The 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Program names Nstein one of Canada's fastest-growing technology companies

2007-09-20

Montreal, Quebec, September 20, 2007 - Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in content management solutions for the publishing, media and entertainment industries, today announced that it has been named for a second year in a row to the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of Canada's 50 fastest-growing technology companies, based on the percentage of revenue growth over five years.

From 2002 to 2006, Nstein Technologies' revenues increased by 693%, ranking it 30th in the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in Canada and 4th in Quebec. "Transforming technological innovation into business success is hard, and it's especially difficult to sustain such rapid revenue growth over five years. Nstein has rapidly built a highly successful company in the Canadian technology industry, and we applaud its dedication and ability to transform vision into reality," said John Ruffolo, National Leader, Technology, Media & Telecommunications Industry Group, Deloitte.

Nstein's President and Chief Executive Officer, Luc Filiatreault, said, "Nstein's growth for the past few years has been remarkable and the Company's focus in the e-publishing industry has truly accelerated this growth. The contracts signed with 12 major media organizations since January 2007 are a strong testimonial to that effect. We're delighted to be recognized for the second year in a row by the Deloitte Technology Fast. This award is a reflection of the dynamism we are witnessing in the market, in which Nstein is definitively carving a niche."

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least five years, have revenues of at least $5 million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology and conduct research and development activities in Canada. A panel of subject matter experts evaluates and judges companies based on four key criteria: competitive advantage; size, growth and market attractiveness; management effectiveness and organization; and financial performance.
