Nstein signs a second contract to implement its solutions over the entire information network of Cyberpresse and its affiliated sites

Montreal (Quebec), August 21, 2007 - Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in content management solutions for the publishing, media and entertainment industries, today announced the signing of a contract with Gesca Digital, a subsidiary of Gesca Ltd. Gesca Digital has selected Nstein's Ntelligent Content Management (NCM) Suite to publish content on its main websites: cyberpresse.ca, lapresseaffaires.com, monvolant.ca, technaute.com and montoit.ca.

Gesca Digital will move its websites to the Nstein content management platform in order to integrate the complete series of NCM suite modules - Web Content Management, Digital Asset Management and Text Mining. The NCM Suite was chosen for its open architecture and complete range of Web 2.0 tools that facilitate the creation and management of online communities.

"We have been working with Nstein for several years and are excited to be expanding this business relationship," stated Pierre-Elliott Levasseur, President of Gesca Digital. "Several Nstein tools have already been integrated to Cyberpresse.ca and have had a positive impact in increasing the number of page views for the site. We now want to adopt an even wider range of Nstein solutions to extend these benefits to all of our sites."

"Cyberpresse has been a pioneer among the major French-language information networks on the Internet. We are proud to once again be working with their team to create a content management platform synchronized with the company's business objectives and Web strategies," explained Nstein President and CEO Luc Filiatreault. "The NCM Suite was developed explicitly to help print and broadcast media increase online revenues and offer users value-added content."

Gesca Digital is the 12th major media company in 2007 to choose Nstein content management solutions developed for the media and electronic publishing industry.
