Nstein Technologies appoints Bruno Martel, CA, as CFO

Montreal, Quebec, December 4, 2006 - Nstein Technologies Inc. "Nstein" (TSX-V: EIN) today announced the appointment of Bruno Martel as Chief Financial Officer of Nstein Technologies. Mr. Martel, who assumed his new role on December 1, 2006, had been Nstein's Finance Director since 2001.
"With a solid foundation reinforced by the latest financing and commercial initiatives, Nstein is poised to significantly grow its market share within the content management and information access sector. I am honoured to be able to continue building on Nstein's achievements and shape the Company's ongoing success," said Mr. Martel. Before joining Nstein, Mr. Martel held various positions of increasing responsibility within the finance departments of several prominent corporations, including Kraft Foods from 1995 to 1999. He began his career as an auditor with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in 1992.
Mr. Martel has a solid background in corporate finance and in the administration of publicly listed companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the HEC Montréal business school and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Quebec.
