The Company also unveils its new code of ethics and disclosure policy for clients in the homeland security and intelligence sector
Montreal, Quebec, April 14, 2005 - Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in advanced linguistic-based Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced the launch of its new Web site. The site focuses on the three main sectors or vertical markets associated with the Company's GIIM technology platform (Global Intelligent Information Management): homeland security and intelligence, e-publishing, and corporate intelligence. Along with a new, thoroughly contemporary design and highly intuitive browsing, the site contains a number of other new features, including an interactive Flash demonstration of the GIIM platform.
In the last year, the Company has implemented its growth strategy, which aims for optimum use of its GIIM technology platform in the high-potential vertical markets where it has a distinct edge over the competition. The Company has been operating in the e-publishing sector since it was founded, and is now leveraging its expertise in this area to offer its solutions to these three major sectors:
Homeland Security and Intelligence
Based on the Nstein technology's advanced analytical processes, the Company's multilingual, real-time intelligence and early warning solutions are designed for all organizations whose mission includes protecting a country's borders, citizens and critical infrastructures, or monitoring any illicit or terrorist activity. Their goal: to transform reactive decision-making into a proactive and even predictive process.
To achieve this, Nstein solutions first enable analysis of unstructured terabytes of native language information from any source (emails, chats, discussion forums, news wire, text messages (sms), videos, telephone conversations, etc.). They then enable the monitoring and discovery of odd, scattered and hidden signals, and the contextualization of this unusual information; production of real-time alerts, viewing of critical information through dynamic visual interfaces and automated translation into virtually all languages.
E-publishing
E-publishing is Nstein's native sector, the sector which allowed the Company to stand out. Based on Nstein's patented, award-winning technology, Nstein solutions are the most complete solutions available, and are already being used by some of the largest firms in the industry. The solutions enable firms to generate new revenue streams, reduce operating costs, and improve product quality.
Corporate Intelligence
Also based on the GIIM technology platform, Nstein offers corporate intelligence solutions specifically tailored to the needs of enterprises. The solutions allow companies to gain real-time access to their customers' opinions and the information circulating in the press, forums, blogs, etc., about them and their competitors. Structured and unstructured information is collected from all sources'internal and external. The information is then analyzed and delivered in a synthesized form via an Internet subscription. This is what Nstein calls "Actionable Intelligence": it gives decision-makers the information they need to shape the future, not just respond to it.
Code of ethics - Homeland Security and Intelligence
The Company has adopted a code of ethics and disclosure policy for customers in the homeland security and intelligence sector. "In this sector in particular, it is important, even critical, to protect our customers" identities and not disclose what solutions they have acquired, at what price," stated Mario Girard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nstein Technologies. "Even though we are a public company, this policy is central if we want to continue to grow in this rapidly expanding market."
