Major publisher VNU eMedia chooses Nstein Technologies

Nstein's software will enable VNU to maximize the value of its information assets

Montreal, January 23rd, 2004 - Nstein Technologies Inc., "Nstein" (TSX-V:EIN), the leader in software solutions for managing and retrieving unstructured information, today confirmed the sale of its full compliment of indexing and retrieval software, and professional service to VNU eMedia. The financial details regarding the sale have not been disclosed at VNU's request.
