Montreal, May 2, 2003 - Nstein Technologies Inc., (TSX-V: EIN) the leader in providing unstructured content management solutions, announces the sale of its Authority File and Taxonomy Manager™, and Arabic document categorization software to Internet Securities Inc. (ISI), a leading global business and financial information service company. The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed at the request of ISI.

"Nstein's software will enable us to effectively manage our company and industry name information assets, improving consistency across our diverse databases " and ultimately maximizing the value of these information assets for our customers," comments Toni Monteiro, ISI's Chief Information Officer. "Our customers will be able to find the information that they are looking for more quickly and effectively. In practical terms, this will lead to an improved service offering to our customers."

Adds Monteiro, "Over the past number of months ISI has seen an increase in the demand for financial information pertaining to emerging markets including the Middle East market. Nstein's software will enable us to improve the accessibility of our documentation and information sources in the Arabic language for our current and prospective customers."

This sale follows ISI's procurement and successful deployment of Nstein's Nserver" solution software last year, which had enabled ISI to improve its document indexing and categorization capabilities. "Once again Nstein's solutions are enabling us to meet the specific and unique needs of our marketplace. We continue to be pleased with the quality and support that Nstein has provided to us since last year, which has assisted us in achieving our business objectives," comments Monteiro.

According to Mario Girard, Nstein's Chairman and CEO, "We are very happy to have again been chosen by ISI to assist them in implementing their business. Our continued success in servicing our customers in Arabic and other languages is largely due to our linguistic-based technology that has set the highest content processing standards in the marketplace."
