Nstein Technologies announces a partnership agreement with IXIASOFT at Documation in Paris - Nstein's technology added to TEXTML, available to IXIASOFT customers

Montreal, March 17, 2003 - Nstein Technologies Inc., (TSX-V:EIN) the leading provider of software applications for managing unstructured data on the Internet and enterprise networks, today announced a partnership agreement with IXIASOFT " the leader in XML content servers " at the Documation Conference in Paris. This first agreement is a direct result of Nstein's global enterprise strategy, which was announced on March 13, 2003.

The IXIASOFT partnership agreement was sparked by the high-growth demand of the European publishing market to have a complete XML solution that fully enables archiving and precise retrieval functionalities. The agreement now allows IXIASOFT to provide automated categorization as an added feature to TEXTML and provides a very lucrative sales and marketing channel for Nstein.
