Nstein signs a new agreement with MEI

Broaden its ASP solution base and expand its taxonomy building services

Montreal, June 30^th, 2003 - Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN), the leader in providing unstructured content management solutions today announced a new agreement with MEI, a San Francisco-based company that is currently using Nstein's award-winning product, Nserver Suite ™ via an ASP model (Application Service Provider) to automatically index documents for their customer base. Nstein will also be providing MEI with taxonomy creation services using its taxonomy-building software and related professional services.

This new agreement further expands Nstein's success in providing its automated indexing solutions via ASP along with its taxonomy-building services. Charles T.
