Former CEO of SHL Systemhouse International joins Nstein Technologies' Board of Directors

Montreal, May 29^th, 2003 - Nstein Technologies Inc., (TSX-V: EIN) the leader in providing unstructured content management solutions, confirms the appointment of Mr. Jean-Pierre Soublière to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Soublière was the President of SHL System House International & Canada (now part of EDS) for 12 years before becoming the President of Andersen Soublière Inc. He was named ""Business Person of the Year"" by the Ottawa-Carleton Board of Trade in 1995 and was awarded the 1996 Prix d'Excellence by the Regroupement des gens d'affaires and the 1997 Trudeau Medal by the University of Ottawa. Mr. Soublière sits on several Councils and Boards such as the University of Ottawa, International DatacCasting Corporation and is a member of the Canadian e-Business Opportunities Roundtable.
