Pierre Ducros to play strategic role in expanding software firm

Montreal (Quebec), November 22, 2001 - The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nstein Technologies Inc. "Nstein" (CDNX: EIN), Mr. Mario Girard, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pierre Ducros to the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Ducros held several senior management positions at IBM Canada before leaving to found DMR. Under Mr. Ducros' leadership from 1973 to 1996, DMR grew into a global IT consulting power with more than 3,500 employees in 49 offices around the world.

Mr. Ducros brings with him a wealth of business and technology experience and contacts as evidenced by his past positions as a member of the Policy Committee of the Business Council on National Issues and as the Chairman of the Information Technology Association of Canada. Mr. Ducros is currently a board member at National Bank Financial, BCE Emergis, ManuLife Financial, and Cognos Incorporated. He is also a member of the Order of Canada.
