POSITION

You will work on the development and integration of cutting-edge document management tools that integrate Web 2.0 functionalities (semantics, blogs, wikkies) for our media industry clients. You will mainly accomplish the following tasks:

  • Understand detailed analysis documentation and program the specifications
  • Codify and integrate applications
  • Design prototypes
  • Participate in the installation and deployment of solutions at our clients’ place of business
  • Document the work according to required standards

CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
  • 5 years’ experience in Web site development
  • Excellent knowledge of Visual Studio 2005, C Sharp, Asp.net, Windows Ajax, XSLT, Java Script and Xml
  • Productive in a fast-paced work environment and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Good communication skills (both English and French)
  • The candidate must have demonstrated, in his or her past jobs, the ability to respect tight delivery deadlines and to be extremely rigorous, with an exceptional desire of accomplishing a perfect job
  • Strong teamwork skills

Asset

  • Experience in document management projects
  • Knowledge of the press and media industry

Permanent position located in Montreal, travel 2 to 6 days a month in North America.
