Picdar, an Nstein company, develops and implements the world-class Media Mogul family of Digital Asset Management, Workflow and Syndication solutions. Our customers are large customers – publishers and businesses that publish to support their operations – who collectively entrust over fifty million images, documents and all manner of other high value assets to Media Mogul. These rich media assets are accessed securely across corporate intranets and the internet by thousands of users of our software. Our customers include most of the UK national newspapers, top magazine publishers and other major businesses.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following tasks:

Sales Responsibilities :

  • Management of CRM platform, reporting and maintenance of CRM data including consolidating and checking data on lists obtained from various sources (vendors, partners, contacts, etc.) and data entry of relevant information for all events, activities and sales opportunities in each prospect and customer record.
  • Provide weekly sales reporting to management.
  • Participate at weekly sales meetings.
  • Maintain European client listing.
  • Supporting the sales force by assisting with document creation, proposals, packaging for RFPs, presentations & demos.
  • Organization of special projects (ex: logistics for client seminars and reference customers visits, etc.).
  • Occasionally book hotels and transportation.
  • Monitoring sales force expense reports.
  • Act as an entry point for sales / product inquiries (phone and emails).

 

Marketing Responsibilities :

  • In conjunction with head office, organization and maintenance of a tradeshow planner and coordination of all needed logistics, including traveling arrangements, shipping booth and materials, preparing and packing of marketing collateral, media room distribution, etc.
  • Research: collect Association and Conference contact names, mailing addresses from web sites and create contact database.
  • Participate in the creation of email campaigns
  • Send email campaigns to prospective clients
  • Maintain and reorder marketing materials.

 

Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Two days each week, responsibilities will entail back-up for answering the main phone and greeting visitors.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • College Degree.
  • Excellent writing and oral skills.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Excellent at Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people
  • Be dependable, flexible and organized.
  • Enjoy intense work diversity and can cope with short deadlines.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and dynamic.

 

Assets

  • Fluency in another European language such as French, German or Spanish is a definite asset.
  • Management of CRM databases.
  • Participated in the preparation of tradeshows.
