Rainer Busch

Rainer Busch is the founder and managing partner of Mercury Partners, a Swiss-based private equity investment firm, where, with Fay Richwhite, he is the partner responsible for European private equity investing (Buyout). A former partner of Value Management Group (Venture Capital), he is also a former manager with McKinsey & Co. (Strategic Consulting) in Europe and the U.S. He began his career leading R&D projects and is the author of three patents.

André Courtemanche

André Courtemanche has been President and CEO of VIAVAR Capital Inc., an investment firm, since September 2004. In 1988, he founded Steltor Inc., a leader in time management communications technology, and acted as its President and CEO until its acquisition by Oracle Corporation (software) in 2002. He was also Vice President of Time Management Platforms for Oracle's Server Technology group from 2002 to 2004. Named Quebec's Young Entrepreneur of the Year (1997) by La jeune chambre de commerce du Québec, he is the author of numerous published articles on time management communications technology and open standards.

Pierre Donaldson

Pierre Donaldson is a Partner at JLA Ventures, an investor in Nstein. Prior to joining the investment fund in 2005, he was President and CEO of Bioscrypt Inc., a leader in the biometrics industry; Executive Vice-President, Worldwide Operations, for Descartes Systems Group Inc., a provider of business-to-business Internet logistics solutions; Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, of Treasury Services Co. (acquired in August 1997 by Oracle Corporation); and President and CEO of Virtual Prototypes Inc. He also held various important positions with Dun & Bradstreet Software. At present, he is serving as a Director of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies.

Luc Filiatreault

Prior to joining Nstein as President and Chief Executive Officer, Luc Filiatreault worked in the Information Technology industry for nearly twenty years. He is the former President and CEO of PG Mensys Information Systems, a provider of computerized management solutions for municipalities (acquired in March 2007 by Harris Computer Systems, a division of Constellation Software); a founder of NordTech Aerospace, a publicly-traded Canadian aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company; a former President of BellZinc (a subsidiary of Bell Canada); and a co-founder of Informission Group (which grossed over $100 million in sales before being acquired by Quebecor in 2000). In 2005, Mr. Filiatreault was named to the Toronto's Globe and Mail's prestigious list of "Top 40 under 40."

A. Michel Lavigne

Michel Lavigne is a director of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Chairman of Primary Energy Recycling Corporation and Teraxion Inc. Since 2005, he has also been a director and member of audit committees for Quebecor Média Inc., Vidéotron Ltée, Sun Media Corporation and Nurun Inc. He is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in Montreal, former Chairman of Grant Thornton Canada and former member of the Board of Governors of Grant Thornton International. A Fellow of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mr. Lavigne actively participates in a variety of charitable and cultural organizations.

Michel Lozeau

Michel Lozeau has more than thirty years of experience in management and information technologies and is currently president of the consulting firm Gestion de Breslay. His previous positions include Senior Vice-President of E-Commerce with National Bank of Canada, where he was also a member of the Executive Committee (2001-2003); and Vice-President of Oracle Consulting, a division of Oracle Corporation (1995-2001).

Colette Roy

Since 2001, Colette Roy is Portfolio Manager in the sector of information technologies and telecommunications of FSTQ, a shareholder of Nstein. She has 18 years of experience in business financing, among which 10 years in venture capital at the FSTQ. She completed several investments in various companies of her sector, has been sitting for several years on various boards of directors and is actively involved in certain strategic committees of companies. She holds a MBA specialized in finance of the Hautes Études Commerciales (Montreal) and a bachelor degree in urban planning of the Université du Québec à Montréal.
